Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£3.50 flat rate, added at checkout).

Sizing & colour

Please check the size guide before ordering. Each design is made in limited quantities — only one unit per size and colour — so once an order is placed we're unable to change size or colour.

Returns & refunds

As each design is limited to one unit per size and colour, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selected, or reasons other than those set out below.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer. You may still be entitled to:

• Cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, for a refund (you'll cover return postage unless the item is faulty).
• A repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described.
